Twin Oaks/Woodpro 1 year Warranty went into effect on 6/13/19.
...any product that is determined to be defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, neglect, acts of God, exposure to extreme temperature and/or extreme moisture; or the effects of normal wear and tear.
- Mirrors & hardware tarnishing - Normal wear?
- Broke door or drawer - Misuse?
Woodpro Customer Service may request for the part/parts in question, to be examined and/or photos to be sent so that together, with the Production QA team, they may determine the cause for replacement. There will be a nominal cost for the replacement of any part/s if they fall under normal wear and misuse or they exceed the warranty - rather than defective materials or poor workmanship.
