When the doors and drawers are sleek and the edge profile is smooth, there will be no place for the glaze to catch and make the usual dark lines or corner hang-up. BUT the effect of glaze on top of any smooth stained wood finish is noticeable. The change is in the finish patina. The glaze gives the finish a slightly aged and softer look.
Why would glaze be put on collections which have 1/8" radius profile on doors-drawers or have the Zenith door style? Print
