Short Answer:   Information about your order is available from your retailer. Woodpro works with several types of retailers all who have different types of ordering, shipping and pricing policies. The sharing of your order information may conflict with our customer’s policies and so we have promised the showrooms we won’t provide this information to anyone else.

Expanded Answer:   (If we don’t know the consumer’s order number)  Since we don’t know your order number, you will need to contact your dealer for shipment and delivery information.

 (If we know the consumer’s order number, which means the dealer has shared this info with the consumer):  Barring any production problems, your order is scheduled to ship to your dealer the week of XXXX.  Since it might not get delivered till late Friday, and not knowing whether your dealer has an on premise warehouse or offsite, I can’t tell you when it might be available for your pick-up. You will need to contact your dealer for that info.
