When reporting a defect with your Woodpro cabinet, if you are Woodpro's Dealer, please provide the Woodpro Order Number and or Purchase Order number and Item number of part needing replaced. If you are the consumer, you are required to give the information, including the Order number, Kit number, and Item number, off of the product label affixed to the inside of the vanity end panel. It is helpful and much appreciated (though not always required) to send digital images of the problem to support@woodpro.com so we can identify the problem and correct solution to your problem.
